Mr. Peck has worked in the investment industry for 25 years. He is the founder and CIO at Riverwater Partners, LLC. He was a partner at Heartland Advisors, a multi-billion-dollar boutique asset manager based in Milwaukee, where he co-managed two small cap mutual funds. While living in Miami, Florida, he worked in investment management for both Northern Trust and Coral Gables Trust. He currently serves on the board for the Milwaukee Repertory Theater and is the President Elect.  Mr. Peck has appeared on various broadcasts, print publications and news platforms. He attained his MBA in the Applied Security Analysis program and has a B.S. in international relations from the University of Wisconsin. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Trust Investment Committee.
