Mr. Riley serves as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chairman of the Trust Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and Succession Planning Committee.Mr. Riley has more than 52 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in portfolio management and trust administration. He holds the professional investment designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Riley was with Northern Trust Bank in Miami for 26 years. He has served as founding president and board member of the local financial analyst society, CFA Miami. Mr. Riley served as a board member of the South Florida analyst society in Palm Beach, the Riverside House Christian Ministries and as an elder at Central Presbyterian Church. Mr. Riley held leadership civic and charitable endeavors in Texas before he moved to Miami in 1988. Mr. Riley earned an MBA from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin, and a B.S. from Ball State University where he served on the Alumni Council, Foundation Board and the Miller College of Business Executive Advisory Board. Mr. Riley has been recognized as a Distinctive Graduate of the Miller College of Business.
